I N G R E D I E N T S
1 one/4 cups flour
1/four cups dry milk powder
two tablespoons dry milk powder (+ far more)
1 vegetable cube — or packet
one/four cup boiling water
2 tablespoons boiling drinking water (+ more)
one/four cup safflower oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar not packed
1/four cups carrots, shredded or -ground
one/2 egg or egg substitute
Further small flour for dusting.
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Preheat oven 300 F.
Dissolve veggie cube or packet in the boiling h2o.Combine dry substances blend wet components separately, except egg. Pour wet substances into dry blend lightly. Add a properly in the center and include the egg. Blend.
 
Spot dough on a lightly floured surface, sprinkle a minor flour on best. Roll out to not much more than 1/8″. To steer clear of dough sticking to rolling pin, sprinkle a small flour on top of dough. The key is not to use also much flour. They will puff up or else.
 
Lower out designs with a cookie cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes., flip them more than and bake another 10 minutes.
 
Cool on wire racks. Retailer in an airtight container
