UPDATE: Sun Prairie man accused of brutally murdering pet dog enters not guilty plea

Michael Aasen, age 25, of Sun Prairie, WI who was&nbspcharged&nbspon November 2, 2010&nbspwith Mistreatment of Animals (Cause Death), Disorderly Conduct, Battery, and Intentionally Mistreating Animals entered a plea of not guilty by explanation of psychological&nbspdisease or defect these days. The Court will appoint a physician to evaluate him.

At the moment, the circumstance is scheduled for last pre-trial on February 24, 2011 just before Honorable Sarah O’Brien, and a jury trial is scheduled to commence March fifteen, 2011.
